Do you like to grocery shop? I can remember back when I was a kid, and I actually thought shopping for groceries was the bomb. What was I thinking? Wait, I think it may have had something to do with the candy isle. I knew that if I tagged along to the grocery store, then I may get a treat. When you're little, that's pretty much one of the greatest pleasures in life. Ah, things were so simple back then. Anyway, things have certainly changed. I must admit that I no longer care to head out to the supermarket for an hour, browsing for infinite food products, while battling all the other shoppers for parking spaces and a spot in the check-out line. How often do you shop for your groceries online? I have never done this before. However, there will come a day when I want to use it regularly. I can recall a few years back when my family and I moved to Oregon. All the sudden we had all these Safeway grocery stores everywhere. Being from North Carolina, I had never heard of the place. The coasts truly are different. Anyway, I noticed that Safeway offered the option of groceries online. This basically meant that you could sit at home, lounging on your sofa and order all your groceries online. Yep, just you and your laptop. No crowds or chaos involved. I pretty much thought that was one of the coolest things I had ever seen. It's ideal for the elderly or those who can no longer get around as well.
